Vermont 1-1Retreat
Where we Intentionally Mix business & Pleasure
For those who are sick of zoom
Working virtually is great. I do it all the time and thank goodness for it because it allows me to work from anywhere.
But aren’t we getting just a little bit sick of being online all the time?
There’s nothing quite like sitting side-by-side with a real person in a lovely place to get stuff done.
When you remove yourself from your regular working environment, go somewhere new with a structured plan + lovely breaks built in, it’s AMAZING what you can accomplish.
I’m talking about the Vermont 1-1 Business Immersion where we work and play HARD.
Imagine focused time to work on things that you know will move the needle forward, followed by a walk in the woods, or cold plunge in a clear river, or a picnic in the apple orchard.
Pack your bags.
Meet me in Vermont.
You’ve heard the phrase, don’t mix business with pleasure.
I happen to disagree.
I love that mix.
Enough of the Cookie Cutter
As a multi-passionate business owner, you have a lot on your plate and your challenges are diverse. You don’t need someone’s one-size-fits-all success formula. In my experience, these never work.
Courses and group programs can be great for getting a base knowledge, but you also have to sit through a lot of BS that doesn’t pertain to your specific goals. Who has time for that?
You don’t need another course sitting sadly on your laptop or to be swallowed up in a big group program where you are just one of many.
With the 1-1 Vermont Retreat you will get custom business support based on your unique business model and goals.
You are going to get clear on what will move the needle forward.
Then you’re going to take action with focus and support.
I’ve seen coaches offer VIP days for 10-20k for one day and then it’s over. It’s all work and no play. I can only imagine you leave there thoroughly exhausted.
We’re not playing that game.
I’m creating an experience that I would love as a client, where you get super efficient with your business priorities, create a plan, and actually work on that plan (but not 24-7!).
It’s a feminine approach, where you get to decompress in between these bursts of productivity, with time to relax, rejuvenate and refill your tank.
What better place to do it than in these Green Mountains of beautiful Vermont!
Imagine this…
Instead of wondering where you should focus your time, you know exactly what to do to move the needle forward in your business.
Instead of squeezing in time around everything else, you have carved out time and space to deeply reflect on the whispers that have been begging you to listen.
Instead of going this alone, you’ve got the support of a trusted mentor, by your side guiding and cheering you on.
Instead of feeling depleted, distracted, unsure, and exhausted, you feel excited, focused, confident and energized.
Desha’s Vermont 1:1 Retreat exceeded my expectations!
I came to reset, learn, and reconnect with myself—and with nature. I was also looking forward to spending time with Desha
From our river walks and picnics to open-hearted conversations and a refreshing swim, every moment felt intentional. Those conversations brought the insight and clarity I was hoping for—and more. I also truly cherished the time I had to slow down and think.
On the business side, Desha shared practical tools to help me create beautiful, relevant content and increase visibility on Instagram. I’m someone who needs things clearly mapped out, and that’s exactly what we did. I left with a plan and a true sense of direction.
I loved the mix of business and pleasure—the ease of our talks by the river, the space to reflect, and the beauty all around me.
I had an incredible time and would absolutely, 100% recommend this retreat to a friend!

Restorative + productive
I came into the 1-1 VT Retreat wanting both space and clarity, and I left feeling renewed on both fronts. It’s rare for me to come back from a trip and feel refreshed and charged with new energy but that’s exactly how I felt.
The balance of nature, creative work, and our chats gave me exactly what I needed. I not only reconnected with parts of myself I had been missing, but I also walked away with clearer direction in my business. It was restorative and productive in a way that felt very natural and supportive.
Upon return, I immediately got to work on my action list. I updated my website and took down the Masterclass page, created a standalone brand shoot strategy page, and implemented the promo plan.
I truly loved everything about the trip. I loved seeing and experiencing Vermont from your perspective. Going to coffee and our chats about life + biz.
Walking in the woods, kayaking, the apple orchard, making nachos, eating the best mac n' cheese, drinking Old Fashions at the bar, meeting your gal pals, staying at the Forest St. house.
I honestly couldn't have asked for a better retreat & would 100% recommend this retreat.
